EasiSolv™ 110 is a fast drying solvent cleaner formulated to quickly dissolve graphic ink from screen mesh, squeegees, flood bars, presses, pad printing tools, rotary screens, etc…This unique combination of components will dissolve virtually all inks and minimize mesh stains and haze. * EasiSolv™ 110 Solvent Cleaner is non-flammable. It’s flashpoint of 113º F does not require special handling, or require special shipping if sent by ground transport. * EasiSolv™ 110 will evaporate quickly, without leaving a residue, which makes screen taping simple and effective, without the hazards of conventional, flammable solvents. * EasiSolv™ 110 will dissolve all inks, including: conventional, solvent base, UV, plastisol and water base. * Converting to EasiSolv™ 110 Solvent Cleaner will reduce solvent cleaning volumes by as much as 70%, which will reduce emissions and waste handling respectively. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Scrape excess ink from the screen. Apply EasiSolv™ 110 Solvent Cleaner sparingly to the ink side of the screen with a squirt bottle, sprayer or rag. Agitate (scrub) the ink with a rag or scrubber, and wipe up the entire dissolved residue. Reapply if necessary and follow with a dry rag or towel on both sides of the screen. The screen will be ready for printing or tape application quickly.
